I've been scratching around with some concepts for the new eBook cover for David Calcutt's 'Crowboy'. There is a lot of symbolism in the book, but I've been toying with a few themes in particular to see where it leads me. Book covers are a delicate creature, as you don't want to give too much away, yet entice the reader into the story. I think in most cases the answer is to give an overall impression rather than something literal from the text. Lets see where it goes...
